SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for performance of all electrocardiography, dynamic-electrocardiography, signal averaged electrocardiography and exercise tolerance procedures to include calculation of data and the recognition of potential life threatening cardiac irregularities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from a recognized program in non-invasive technology or equivalent required
- BLS certification (CPR) required within 6 months from employment date
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Eligible for Certified Cardiology Technician exam with Active Certification Status strongly encouraged within two (2) years from employment date
