Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a BE/BC physiatrist to join a dedicated team of general and sub-specialized adult and pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians. The desired candidate will have a clinical focus in either general physical medicine or musculoskeletal medicine and should have an interest in programmatic development and quality initiatives. The candidate will see patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. An interest in teaching is also welcomed, as Memorial Healthcare System accepted its inaugural class of PM&R residents in 2018. The candidate will have the support of the Memorial Level I Trauma Center, the Memorial Cancer Institute, the Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute and the Memorial Neuroscience Institute which includes a Neuroscience ICU and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
This is a full-time employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
